Pita Kitchen Surprise is hiring an experienced Grill Cook to lead our grilling station in a fast-paced, high-energy Mediterranean restaurant. If you have a passion for perfectly prepared proteins and grilled specialties, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in a team-oriented environment.
Primary Duties:
- Master operation of the grill station, preparing signature Mediterranean grilled items to exact specifications
- Maintain high standards for food quality, temperature control, and presentation
- Coordinate with other kitchen stations to optimize flow during rushes
- Perform routine maintenance and deep cleaning of grill equipment
- Support overall kitchen operations as needed while prioritizing food safety
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years of grill or similar high-heat cooking experience required
- Familiarity with Mediterranean or similar cuisines preferred
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Physical stamina for a demanding kitchen environment
- Positive team player with reliable attendance
